Orders & Payment

Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer shipping across Ontario, with flat-rate or promotional pricing as specified at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of Aiva WTR Relaxation Drink, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@drinkaiva.com within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
